Set up your business

This page takes you from a fresh sign-up to your first login and a quick tour of where everything lives.

Create your account

  1. Go to the sign-up page and enter your business name, choose your business type (pharmacy, grocery, restaurant, hardware, retail, services, or other), and add your name, email, mobile number, and a password (at least 8 characters).
  2. Accept the consent notice and continue. SunarOne sends you a 6-digit verification code by email or WhatsApp.
  3. Enter the code to confirm it’s really you. Your business is created and you’re taken straight into the app.

Why pick a business type?

Your business type tailors the app to you — a pharmacy gets expiry and batch-recall tools, a grocery gets perishables tracking, a hardware store gets reorder suggestions, and so on. You can change it later in Settings.

Your first login

Sign in with your email or mobile number and your password. Where you land depends on your role:

  • Owners and managers open on the Dashboard.
  • Cashiers open on the POS (billing) screen.
  • Inventory staff open on Inventory.

If you turn on extra security later, login may also ask for a 2-factor code or a shift code — see Team & roles and Settings.

The dashboard

The Dashboard (owners/managers) shows your day at a glance: sales trend, top products, where your revenue comes from, and an online-sales panel if you sell on SunarMart.

Finding your way around

Everything is reached from the left sidebar, grouped into sections:

At the top of every page there’s a global search — type a customer, invoice number, product, supplier, or PO to jump straight to it.

Menu looks different?

The menu adapts to your role and your plan. Staff see only what their role allows, and some features unlock on higher plans. If you expected a menu item and can’t see it, check your role or your plan.

Choose a plan

New businesses start on a free trial. You can explore everything, then pick a plan under Billing when you’re ready. See Billing & plans for what each plan includes.
