Who can use thisOwnerManager (Inventory staff for transfers & ledger)
If you run more than one shop, or keep a godown/warehouse, SunarOne tracks stock per location while keeping your overall totals correct.
Locations
Under Locations, manage your shops and godowns. Every business starts with one default shop. Each location shows how much of each product it holds.
You can’t delete your default shop, your last active shop, or a location that still holds stock — move the stock out first with a transfer.
Stock transfers
Move stock from one location to another under Transfers:
- Instant transfer — stock leaves the source and arrives at the destination in one step (use when you carry it across yourself).
- Two-step transfer — dispatch stock (it sits in transit), then receive it at the other end. You can cancel before it’s received to send it back to the source.
- Click New transfer and choose the From and To locations.
- Add products (the picker only offers what the source location actually has).
- Dispatch (two-step) or complete (instant).
Each transfer can produce a Transfer Note / Delivery Challan PDF to travel with the goods. Your overall stock total never changes during a transfer — the same stock just moves between locations.
Stock ledger
The Stock Ledger is the full history of stock movements (+in / −out) — sales, purchases, transfers and adjustments — filterable by location and reason. It’s the definitive answer to “why did this count change?”
Stock health
Stock Health groups your inventory into quality buckets (well-stocked, low, out, and batch-level views) so you can act before you run out.
Selling & receiving by location
- At the POS, a “Selling from” picker chooses which location the sale draws from (hidden for single-location shops).
- On a purchase order, choose which location stock is received into.
