Your business type
SunarOne adapts to the kind of shop you run. Your business type (set at sign-up, changeable in Settings) changes the menu and gives you a dedicated workspace of the right tools.
Your workspace
Look for the workspace entry in the Stock section of the sidebar — it’s named for your business:

Repairs
Businesses that repair things (electronics, hardware, services) get Repairs — a ticketing flow for jobs taken in:
- Take in a device: customer, device brand/model, the reported problem, accessories (charger, cover, SIM), an estimate and a promised time.
- Move the job through its status (diagnosing, awaiting parts, in progress, ready…).
- Bill on delivery — parts come from your stock and labour is billed as a service, using the normal invoice flow.

Not sure which type fits? Pick the closest one — you can change it anytime in Settings, and the menu updates immediately.
